My production design work brings together my Fine Art approaches with the knowledge of camera and cinema history. As a painter I am able to visually express my ideas and communicate a specific mood through colour, texture and attention to details. I always try to achieve a slightly lived-in and used look, by working into surface finishes and carefully choosing props.  Combining good drafting and drawing skills with a hands-on, practical approach I am able to address a variety of areas of production design.  Particularly interested in visualisation and film concept art.
